Why we age?
As explained by Dr. David Sinclair, Head of the Longevity Laboratory at Harvard University, in his famous article published in the journal Nature in 2023, "The Information Theory of Aging," aging is the result of progressive damage to our epigenome. The epigenome tells our cells which genes to use to perform their functions. This progressive damage to the epigenome makes it increasingly difficult for cells to read the genes they need, leading to the progressive loss of organ functions and the appearance of what we know as age-related diseases. Epigenetic damage is the true cause of aging.

The program includes an exhaustive and detailed medical history and exam, imaging tests, biomarker analysis, advanced genetic testing, functional tests and artificial intelligence analysis, monitoring of the biological or epigenetic clock throughout the treatment, adjustment and follow-up of lifestyle changes that favor the rejuvenation process, continuous monitoring and regulation of hormone and energy levels, individualized pharmacological therapy, and necessary supplements and nutraceuticals to achieve the goal of making your body younger.

Unfortunately, no. Health insurance does not cover the cost of diagnostic tests or treatments for disease prevention; they only cover the costs associated with already established diseases, which sometimes may be too late to solve the problem.
